Returns & Freight Claims

Custom products

Excluded from exchanges and returns, unless defective.

Stock items

Returns possible within 30 days of delivery.

  • Dollamur return authorization required
  • Possible restocking fee of up to 20 %

Custom orders are final sales with no returns or exchanges.

However, if your product has manufacturing defects, please refer to the "Warranty Information" section (→ F4–F8).

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Any visible freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Deadline: Freight damage must be reported to Dollamur within three (3) business days of receipt.

Warranty

Dollamur offers a limited warranty on all products. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Dollamur has the option to repair or replace a mat during the warranty period.

Original purchaser

The person or organization that buys the product directly from Dollamur or an authorized dealer.

Defects

A flaw in materials or workmanship that prevents the product from functioning as intended under normal use.

Normal use

Using the product according to its intended purpose and in line with Dollamur's care guidelines.

Normal wear & tear

Expected cosmetic or performance changes from regular use, including surface scratches or color variation.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Product component failure during normal use

NOT covered

1. Damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Failure to follow care guidelines
  • Misuse or vandalism
  • Accidents or impact damage
  • Improper storage
  • Product modification
  • Non-approved cleaning chemicals
  • Extreme environmental conditions

2. Normal wear & tear:

  • Cosmetic scratches or surface marks
  • Mild compression
  • Color fading
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect performance

The customer must notify Dollamur within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. The following must be provided:

  • Proof of purchase or order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect
  • Installation details (if applicable)

Product Warnings

Yes. Dollamur mats are designed to provide a supportive surface, but they do not eliminate the risk of serious injury.

Since activities involve movement and physical contact, there is always a risk of injury. Ensure adequate space around the mat.
  • Ensure adequate clearance around the mat
  • Inspect the mat before each use
  • Follow all safety guidelines in the user manual
  • Never use the mat solely as a fall or landing mat
You should ALWAYS use Dollamur mats with appropriate training and under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

It is normal for roll-out mats to shift slightly with intensive use. To minimize movement:

  • Correctly position and firmly connect the mats.
  • Ensure the underlying surface is appropriate.
  • Consider using suitable mat tape or recommended connection systems.
  • Always follow the user manual for setup and safety.
